I recently applied for a airtel broadband connection for which the executive promptly came to collect the money and promised me that he would revert back to me within 2 days i waited and waited but nobody ever called me or followed up on me. Now when i called after 2 days this persons mobile was switched off. His manager mobile was also switched off his number and nobody ever bothered to call me and let me know about the status with further searching and wasting so much of my currency (200 rs) i got hold of the managers number who bluntly gave an excuse and promised me that he would give me the connection in the next 2 days but he never turned up at all. Now when i told him that i would complaint he said he was not bothered and i could do anything i feel like.I lodged a complaint with the airtel (24005088) and asked for cancellation of services which they promptly said they would and said i would get my refund back within 48 hours and again when i called they said it would take 15 days to refund my money back. Now firstly your executive gives me wrong promise and misbehave every other day and your call care executives give more sorrow. I need you to take action on this ASAP
