Complaint is regarding change of my prepaid plan to life time without giving any intimation from 20/07/09 and when questioned to customer care they did not mind to give a correct information regarding the issue 4 employees 4 different answers and when contacted to seniors they told it will be sort outed in hours and it didnt happen. when contacted they gave me again a different complaint Reg NO and a time .....
I dont think Airtel Customer care are serious about solving the problem. i hope i would get some help from your end in sorting the problem at the earliest.
