Purpose of Complaint: I want my refund money back (INR 4,665/-)

Summary: I have booked an order for Canon A810 16 MP Digital Camera from Timtara.com on 31 May, 2012. I started follow-up with the Timtara customer service for product shipment and update. I was advised of 15-20 working days timeframe for product delivery. More than a month over, still no response from them (June/July). I again called up and inquired and was informed about no stock of the product availability, a week later still the same response. I choose to cancel my order and wanted my refund money back. They cancelled my order and put the order status as Payment refund pending and since then it is still the same but my money never got refunded back. Many times I called up the customer service for followup of my refund money, they respond as the issue is escalated to the concerned department and I would get a call from them regarding the same, but never received any such calls from them. When I asked the Customer Service team to provide a source (email or phone number) to contact this back end team for money refund, they respond that they are not allowed to do so, only they can escalate / forward the issue. From then on, the issue remains the same. All my emails, phone call followups did not provid any solution. Losing all hopes that I would not get any positive response from Timtara management, I wanted to log in this complaint in the hope I would get my refund amount back. Request to please do the needful.
