Hello, I travelled by indigo 6E 276 on 24th Dec 2011. I was doing my check in and the complaint is regarding the rude and arrogant behavior of the attendant seated there. His name is A.Balamurugan and employee id : IGA 4786.
I had total baggage of 24 kgs since I am shifting from place. Every other airline has a provision to consider +5 kgs especially for the guest who are travelling frequently by that airline as this is once in a while instant. At indigo you claim that you take care of things which matter: however for me neither there was any difference in flight fare. Morever, the handling of customer was pathetic. In jet airways there fare was almost same and being a frequent flyer I get a provision for 30kgs. I realised today that brand reamins brand. Even if I have to pay additional charges , theris a proper way of communicating the same but today same was very disappointing. He was literally shouting on me when I asked to consider the frequency I fly with indigo and exempt the excess baggage charges.
As if this was not enough, when I agreed to pay additional baggage charges, this person did not give ne the ticket and when the reservation counter where I have to pay charges asked for e-ticket he said he has given it to me but I am lying and not willing to show it. This was height of rudeness for me. After payment when I went to the counter to collect my boarding pass, he is asking me to open my baggage and show him that the e-ticket is not present with me and that too at the peak of rudeness.
I fly almost on an average once in a fortnight by indigo and do not at all except such behaviour. I want an action to be taken in this regard. Even if not I have decided ti avoid indigo at max.
