Costumer care
Respected sir,
i am a regular flyer of indigo and i am proud about your timings and punctuality, but i want to share a bad experience i faced with your staff, when i was coming from agartala to calcutta on 20th sept morning. i was carrying 2 bags and a lap top bag, and when i was taking boarding ticket i realised that i left my cabin bag near the Xray machine. I rushed there and i found that the bag was there , and when i was about to take my bag your staff shouted at me and refused to give my luggage. According to him those who leave the bag there belongs to staff, and i was asked to pay 500 rs for the luggage, which they agreed for 100rs later. After getting my bag, i did my check in , and was waiting for the flight, then 3 of your staff again came and told that your cabin bag cannot be taken inside as it weighs more, then i was asked to weigh again, and for my luck it weighed less than 8 kg which was the permittable weight. then he told to open the bag to see what is it inside, which i did and they put all my goods out and told that this would not have happen if i have given the full money .
sir, i believe this is an a very unfortunate incident,an act of goondaism , which should not be encouraged at any cost and those behind this should be punished. Hope that necessary actions will be taken,
thanking u
Dr. Abhilash
