As scheduled my flight from blr to amd above said dated I was carrying luggage excess baggage of 17 kg for the same I paid 1700 rs extra which I have to pay while arriving @ amd I come to know the baggage was missing
Later the ground staff search every where n they contact related person but failure to find by the time my flight arrived on time and for inquiry for the parcel they have took one hour but not success
Later I asked for baggage missing complaint to handover me they have passed about one more hour
Then I ask for in case if you find the parcel how will you inform me or I all get the parcel since I have to travel all the way by road to Rajasthan about 5 hours journey
After all the my things finish I stated my travel and travelled about passed 20 km from airport I received call from ground staff the parcel is found come and pickup else it will problem to handled
All the way I come back after another waiting about one hour they brought the parcel @ reservation counter
Total 3 hours delayed for the use of indigo services I was above to attend function all delayed it was pain full to wait outside the airport like big fool
I asked for the attending person regarding complaints form’s or book missing he has not cooperate later on plain paper I write and took seal and sign
All the copy of travel documents are scan and attached
Now I all write this to consumer form and AAI about all this ??
