i hv purchased my Hyundai i 10 magna kappa on 18th december 2008 from orion motors Hisar,and on 15 th july 09, i got an accident when suddenly a dog strikes to my car i 10 magna kappa ( Reg No. HR 16 G--8282). after that i call to orion motors hisar regarding this , i was almost 40 km away from the town, their executive assured me that they r sending a crane to lift the car but after an hour when i again called them they told me that bring that car to orion motors and they will reimburse the same .when i asked for crane no. they hv not given any no.Any how, i brought my car to orion motors, then the security staff at that time has refused to take that car in Showroom. i hv already complained this to ur customer care no. and the complaint no is : 1-22533562.
and , on 20th july Mr jagdish Sharma at orion motors Hisar called me to take my car as he told me that ur car is okay and also told me to bring the amount for this. myself , from Bhiwani went their to take my car and after spending almost whole day they gave me a car at 3;30 pm. when i was on my way to Bhiwani, the car has stopped on the way , at that time i was 20 km away from bhiwani. then i again called to concerned person at orion motors they hv not given any satisfactory answer regarding this. i again complained this and the complaint no. is: 1-22665567 .I want to know that if the car was not in proper condition , then why they called me to take the car ? i hv already paid Rs 7350 and almost Rs 18288, they r claiming from the new india assuarance company , now the car is in Raghu Motors ,Bhiwani. here who will pay ? Also tell me, whether their motto is to sell car only not to provide after sales service. Now , tell me after spending Rs 4 lacs for this car , this is not their duty to give me service.if they can not give then why r they claiming excellent services and cheting the customer . At last i have to say that this was my worst decision that i purchased hyundai vehicle. kindly go into the matter and take necessary action regarding this .otherwise i will go in the consumer court , also go thru media and take a press conference in front of orion motors to tell others customers \"how they cheated me. i want to bring their truth in front of others.
