Dear Sir,
Sub: A Santro Car purchased from Superon Hyundai on 08.08.2008 as per invoice no. H200800309 infavour of my father\'s name Sh. Jang Bahadur Jain.
Anent the above, I wish to inform you that there is a discrepancy of Rs. 11050/- (Insurance Amount) as per your quotation & invoice. The insurance was free as per quotation but amount of insurance charged from myself as per details given below;
Retail invoice H200800309 3,33,260.00 (including VAT @12.5%)
Invoice No. 310
Road Tax 3,700.00
Temp. Registration 5,761.00
INSURANCE 11,050.00
Extended Warranty 1,975.00
Total 3,55,746.00
Hence, It is quite clear that I have paid insurance amount of Rs.11050/- to superon Hyundai as per documents so how I can understand that insurance is free (as per quotation provided by Superon Hyundai). Suppose, Superon Hyundai don’t offer free insurance than whether I had to pay double insurance amount for my car.
Further I wish to inform you that Superon Hyundai have charged Rs.11050/- for insurance fees whenever we have received the premium receipt of Rs.8864/- only from ICICI Lombard Motor Insurance. There is also a difference of Rs.2186/- only.
Kindly, look into the matter. I have verbally noticed so many times to Superon Hyundai\'s office but there is no response from that side. But on 24.12.2008, whenever I have asked the address of Hyundai than Mr. Gurmeet Singh (Manager Sales) told me that he is not able to provide the address, which was not bearable.
In this situation, I have no alternate besides approach to Consumer Forum. So, Thus, kindly reimburse my insurance amount which was free as per quotation.
Thanks & Regards,
Vipin Jain
