I have bought a new Hyundai Santro on 16-07-2009 at 19:00 from APCO Hyundai,Calicut.On the very next day,Both of the tyres of my car was damaged. I did contact the dealer of Hyundai in this location, but the CRM, who is responsible for solving all the complaints of the consumers ASAP, behaved in such a lazy manner, that no one ever would like to come again to HYUNDAI.I did select HYUNDAI only because of its service history. But this manner is prooving my opinions wrong.
Complainant's Goal: I want both the tyres of my CAR replaced.CRM of APCO should realise his mistake.
