With great emotion and agony , i am writing this. I am from Trivandrum City . My car failed to start while i was out in the city. I called up the emmergecy number for help and the person other line was so snobbish and irresponsible didt even bothered to ask for the complaint and also treated me as an person who called at the wrong time.
Later I got a calls from hyundai ..enquirying the area i am ... now i am astonished how the service is given out.... Being a lady customer and helpless they have made me waited 3 hrs in a place for seeking the hyundai help... at last i am forced to find my way to get back home with heavy heart and pain.
SOMEBODY OUT there should follow it up the service renders action . If this is the practice , i bet the mad crowd will go violent out of frustration.
I think, we need real helping person from Trivandrum Office who is atleast more human and see the customers as atleast human . From the manager , this understanding need to be taught.
Hope we get a better support on road while we are in needy and help....
