There is an ongoing credit card issue with HSBC, during the time of issuing the credit card they told it was absolutely free, and as normal ask to put signature on multiple papers. After that I met with a serious accident and was undergone treatment for head injury for more than months and still undergoing treatment. They delivered the card to my office and on the very next month bill imposed charges around 300/- (even though the sales executive issued the card as frre) as soon as my husband came to know this, he get in touch with HSBC customer care and updated the situation and ask them to reverse the amount, but they havent give any proper response and were imposing the late payment charges and other things on every month, even under over situations of hospital and all we tried to reach HSBC by sending mails, letter on the ATM box (as adviced by customer care), calls. They were not responding back and now the over all amount is around 6000/- they had imposed, even though I havent done a single transaction on the card. I already informed the bank that, if I had done a single personal transaction I am ready to pay the amount.
**I want to reverse the entire amount imposed on tha card as I havent done a single transcation on the card, and bank want to pay the amount which I had paid for the phone calls to bank for getting this issue resolved as well as the mental torcher from bank people.

I support this complaint.
This is very painful for me to become a HSBC customer, I got a credit card in my previous company from HSBC credit card champagne scheme. At offer they said there is no annual charges, I never used this card for any transaction and there is no overdue amount to bank. Bank put some annual charges at the year end which they reversed also himself. I requested to bank to close my account as this card was not being used for me from a long time , After this HSBC put as a defaulter status in CIBIL report which looses my credit history this is very ridicules and don’t except this kind of behavior from a MNC bank.
