Hi, I Purchased Amrit water purifier from Eureka forbes last week. For two days it was working fine and post that water stopped going down. Then on 18 Sep i launched a complaint on their toll free number 1********77.and they said it will get resolved with 24 hours and i did not receive any call for more than 30 hrs then again we called them and then i got a call but this guy was asking for 250 rs as a service charge. When again called on threi helpline number they said there is no service charge if product is under warranty. And after that i have called them almost 10 times and every time they give assurance that they will take immediate action but nothing is happening. Please take my request and take some action against this company as they are fraduing people. In India there is no proper system through which we can track them. Requesting you to please take the necessary action.
