i have ordered for security system for my home. I was charged Rs.31000 paid in advance for a package and sensors. I was told that package cost rs.18900 contains a necessary machine and a motion sensor worth rs. 4500/ . But to my surprise Motion sensor was not installed I contacted many times to there office and every time for the last two month getting same reply that the sales person name K.P.Singh is not coming to the office and can be resolved only after that. I have paid to Euroka and not K.P.Singh pl help me
