I am totally disappointed with Airtel as u people are trying to cheat me?. On 9th May 2011 at around 13:35Hrs I have received call from Airtel Billing department (********30) saying that my airtel bill is crossing Limit. it’s supposed to `1500.00 Now it is been increased to `2345.00 & need to pay immediately or my Outgoing will be barred & his behavior was threatening me & I was explained I am not at all using that much. After he was told that I was activated 3G due to this this bill been increased. I informed that I am not yet all activated 3G service.
Same day I have called airtel 121 service for clarification & they make me hold for more than half hour but no response.

Further investigate by self & found,
I was received SMS from Ax-Airtel on 15th April 11 for free 3G activation for 5 days & 20th April 11 I was received message free 3G been deactivated & 2G will be continue with same my old Options like 2GB GPRS 98 Plan.
I want to know, without my concern/approval how can u people activated 3G & Billed accordingly.
I want to activate same plan which I was used earlier. (Super Saver 149 CUG Plan + GPRS 2GB Free)
If i am getting proper justification I will go to next level………..
Note :- Last 2 days I am not able to use my internet & E-mail which caused my business was impacted severely………
