i am a resident of pune and i have ordered a product from online store WWW.TIMTARA.COM which is a noida based company "Infosecure Consulting Pvt. Ltd., B-26 Second Floor, Sector 8 ,Noida, Uttar Pradesh -201301 India" on 15 Aug and it was agreed that i will get my product within three weeks. Today its 21 september and still i have not received my product.

Also there is no proper response from their customer care and they only say that wait for some more time.This case is not only with me but also there are many others suffering from the hands of WWW.TIMTARA.COM.

please sir take necessary action in this regard.
