Hello Sir,

I, AISHVARYA JAIN had ordered SAMSUNG GALAXY TAB 2 P3100 from timtara.com on 23rd august,2012 for Rs. 16891.. The company had promised 2 deliver the product within 10-15 days but i have not received the product till date.. I have called the company's customer care many a times but they always say that the product is still in Awaited Shippment Status.. They respond the calls saying that i will receive mails for my product's information but i never receive any mails.. My Order No. for the product SAMSUNG GALAXY TAB 2 P3100 is 10312990... Also i have got 1 complain number. It's 48368... Kindly do the needful.. please...

Hi Ashvarya,

Timtara is a big fraud site. They attract consumers with high discount coupons. I ordered iPad from them on 9th july 2012 but they failed to ship that, therefore I cancelled the order by mailing them again and again. Now currently my order status is "payment refund pending" from 9th August 2012. I spent lot on calling them. Im tired now from this. I have a list of emails suffering from this online fraud and you wont believe they are in thousands. :(
