Till yesterday, I was happy customer with Bagittoday but today, I feel it is most fraud company I have ever seen.
17th Feb 2013, I bought two holiday pack of 3999/- post discussion with BAGITTODAY sales team. Sales person Mr. Asif Khan confirmed me on mail that I got confirm booking in Srinagar at 3rd, 4th and 5th May in NEW MAHARAJA HOUSEBOAT and also informed them that if I would not get the booking in this Houseboat, then It would be worth for me to purchase this Pack. But he gave me ensurance that he has confirmed from his manager and giving me written confirmation that I would get this booking.
2 weeks before, I got a call from Yatra executives that I could not get the booking in this Hotel. I can choose any other hotel not in Houseboat. I asked the reason then they just told me that they can not tell me the reason and this info will be passed ti bagittoday team internally.
I informed BagITTODAY team via vacations@bagittoday.com ID and one number 01202593990 and informed them all this information. He ensured me that he will help me, meanwhile I also called Mr. Asif and he talked with his manager and asked me to directly contact in Yatra.com and ask for reservation as an person and seek the confirmation on email that there is room available in that period or not. I confirmed and Yatra gave me written confirmation and the same I forwarded to vacations@bagittoday.com email.
Post 2 days, I got call from Bagittoday and asked to confirm the booking from Yatra executive personally and take it the refernece number on email from Yatra. I did it and got the confirmation from Yatra with reference ID but now Bagittoday is telling me that I could not get the room in this NEW MAHARAJA HOUSEBOAT, SRINAGAR but can provide in anyother hotel not in houseboat. I asked them that I did best from my side to help you and I already informed you in advance that if I get the confirm booking in New MAHARAJA boat, then only I would go with this package. But they totally moved with their written as well as verbal confirmation.
They are not giving me the escalation matrix of Bagittoday team and not transfer my call to their senior. I recorded their things on phone as well as I have written confirmation on email for the booking. I don't need my money back as this time Booking rates for the Houseboat is really high and earlier it was very reasonable. I need the Booking or the amount which I need to pay for booking petrsonally.
