I, Vinod kapoor placed order for supply of Reebok watch.I received the consignment from ARAMEX COD courier(********720) ondate at about 12.30P.M.in good condition.On Opening the packet i found to my surprise that not only the glass of the watch is damaged,minute arm is loose and moving freely,above all the watch is dead. I immediately brought the matter to the knowledge of your customer care executive ( Telephone Number 1244124190) After multiple calls,one Mr Abhigyan Chakraverty advised me to send back the watch at your Gurgaon address for verification and sending me a new watch. I Feel that INTENTIONALLY defective and dead watch has been sent to cheat me. May I now request you to please look into the complaint and take remedial measure immediately.
As suggest by the Call Centre Executive i I returned the defective watch on 16.12.2010 by DTDC courier, POD No.K45458309 to the following address.

As agreed over phone, i was also told that Rs.120.00 being additional postal cost incurred by me in sending back the defective/damaged watch will be reimburesed to me & the new watch will be sent with out any charges.

Even after multiple reminders i have not received the working watch.Once i got a call from the courier company saying that they have received the watch but they will deliever it only if i pay the courier charges.This is against the discussion which i had with the call centre executive.Multiple followup mails/calls have not envoked any response.

I think bagittoday is like any other online fraud & scamstar company.I will suggest people not to get swayed by their advertisements as in the end they will loose their money & sleep
