please go through the details, that i mailed to bagittoday and i could be very much thankful if you can solve this issue.

Bagittoday.com made fraudulent transactions of 47798 INR against my credit card:

Mails given by me to bagittoday.com on the same day 21 Dec 2012 for cancellation of fraudulent transactions of 47,798 made against my Credit Card by bagittoday staff. But then till now I did not get any concrete reply or call from bagittoday! Instead, they have sent me a confirmation mail and message on 23 Dec 2012 & 24 Dec 2012 regarding the fraudulent orders.

Lodged complaints against this issue by phone and e-mails(response@bagittoday.com, sales@bagittoday.com,onlinesupport@bagittoday.com)and called bagittoday customer care (0120-4112424) regarding this issue as happened on 21 Dec 2012

I have been misguided and defrauded by the persons Siddarth and Nikitha (+********0114/115) of the website - bagittoday.com. I'm totally agitated by this... playing with credit card of customers like this…should not be spared!

Please find the detailed explanation that I furnish you below:-

On 21 Dec 2012 morning at around 11 o clock I received a call from bagittoday staff Mr. Siddarth saying that he would refund credit of 398 rs into my credit card for 398 credit points, which I have lost due to the failure of previous transaction which I made in bagittoday website. He then added, you are selected as one of the luckiest of the 5 customers each of them from Chennai, Chandigarh…& so to get 80k thousand value products without paying a single penny. He asked me for the credit card details so as to refund 400 rs, along with that 80k value products for free. Initially, I did not agree to give my credit card details but then he started compelling me that this call is from genuine bagittoday and trapped me completely. To enhance the belief in his words, he said all my details such as email ID, phone no, and address which I have given on bagittoday website.

TILL HE GETS MY CREDIT CARD DETAILS; HE SPOKE ONLY ABOUT THE REFUND OF 398 INR AND FEEDBACK PROGRAM
BAGITTODAY WEBSITE AND CUSTOMER CARE TELLS NOT TO SHARE CREDIT CARD INFORMATION WITH ANYONE. IF BAGITTODAY ABIDES BY THESE WORDS, WHY ITS STAFF IS IMPOSING ON THE CUSTOMER FOR HIS CREDIT CARD DETAILS AND THEN CHANGING HIS PASSWORD WITHOUT HIS KNOWLEDGE AND PERMISSION?
I even asked him if I can give my debit card details. But according to him, it should be the same card which I used for previous transaction (which was failed).So, constraining me, he got my credit card details. However, I suspected him and refused to provide him OTP password which was sent by SBI to my mobile. Then he asked for my debit card details with ATM pin no, so I became conscious and refused for any transaction to be done and disconnected the call. Later on, after a minute or so, I received couple of messages from SBI CC, one, an alert mentioning the change of my online SBI Credit card password and the other two messages mentioning about the two fraud transactions each of 29,999 & 17799 INR respectively.

How can some one change my password without my notice or information is been puzzled by me? I was totally blank of what happened to me! When he called me back I blasted him of these transactions and change of my online password without my knowledge and permission, he shouted at me saying “what is there in the password, you can change back if you want!” and said that these transactions were not actually done and were being made only BLOCKED and the amount will be credited back within 72 hours, I wasn’t convinced with his answer and shouted at him about the term ‘BLOCKED’, asked him to explain his meaning of it addressing about the message from SBI which has sent to me two messages of those two transactions made by him. He asked me to follow a PROCEDURE of bagittoday for cancellation of the fraudulent orders. He also threatened me saying that if I don’t follow his PROCEDURE I WOULD LOSE 33% OF THE MONEY, FOLLOWING WHICH I SHOULD NOT BLAME HIM

The transactions were each of 29,999 & 17,799 rs with order no’s 1018263791 & 1018263794 also complaint numbers logged against both 1044205 & 1044202

I did not accept this from him, so he asked to talk to his head Nikitha who was fraud no 2, misleading me for the second time in this way --- she told that she had a cancellation form on her desk and verification number which will help her to process my refund quickly within 48 hours. And said, “Siddarth is guilty of this act and will be punished from our company, stringent action will be taken against him for using your credit card details for making fraudulent transactions without your knowledge” which made me trust her and follow their procedure or instructions-

1. She asked me to confirm the order (being fraudulently done on my name). They told me that I will receive two calls out of which one is verification call (call one according to Nikitha)
2. The second is cancellation call. (Call two according to Nikitha)
3. Ms. XXXXX(not sure about the name), called me and told it to be a VERFICATION CALL. she told all the orders details and I FOLLOWED THE INSTRUCTIONS OF NIKITHA but then i was scared and explained her about the FRAUDULENT TRANSACTIONS THAT WERE TAKEN PLACE AGAINST MY CREDIT CARD, ASKED HER TO CANCEL THE ORDERS & QUESTIONED HER.....CAN I GET FULL REFUND IF I CANCEL THE ORDERS RIGHT AWAY, SHE REPLIED THAT SHE DONT KNOW ABOUT IT, SHE DID HIDE THE INFORMATION ABOUT REFUND TO ME?

AGAIN, TILL THE VERFICATION CALL IS DONE, I GOT AROUND ~18 CALLS FROM THESE GUYS, AND THEN NONE!

Nikitha promised me to follow up on this and get my money back within 48 hours but then my family educated me on the frauds that had happened to me twice. Immediately I called customer care of bagittoday and then confirmed that I was completely cheated, so then I lodged complaints against these two fraudulent transactions being made, complaint no’s – 1044202 & 1044205 on the same day (21 Dec 2012)

On 22 December 2012, I got a call from sales/cancellation department asking me, why did I Block my credit card?, I replied her saying; amount can be still credited to my account even if my card is blocked. So she agreed on my say and told a CANCELLATION ID:- IL00258 , against my orders and said that I need to wait for 7-10 days for my amount to be credited back to my account. She asked me to trust on her asked to mail to sales@bagittoday.com instead of support@bagittoday.com and then said she will daily give me a call and update me on the status of my refund.

But when I called bagittoday customer care no, 0120-4112424, I came to know it’s also a FRAUD & CHEATING CALL.

Let me know if you need any further information for your investigation, sir ask for all call records records which made the customer(me)-********56 on 21 december 2012 and 22 december 2012 from +********0114/115 (~18 calls from 11:30 to 14:00 hours) revert about this issue to me to the earliest possible sir

I don’t understand the marketing strategies of bagittoday, looks like it pays its staff for fooling/defrauding customers!

TO BAGITTODAY:-
Please don’t kill the customer’s credibility by placing wrong staff that is fed to play mischief and defraud the customers!
