I have received call from marketing team confirming that you have won the lucky draw hence we are offering free two gifts for you 40 inches samsung smart LED TV and blacker berry mobile to claim that gift you need to purchase two holiday voucher it cost 12000 rupees. I said i not interested to buy. Again he called me and forced me to but the vouchers and i he said you will receive verification call from holiday dept that time you dont speak about the gift we will dispatch your gift with 7 working days. I have made all the payment through Bagittoday site. Again i called him and ask about the gift he said there is no stock available next week we will dispatch the gift. i am following up for the last three months i am not getting any proper response from customer care. Finally they told that at the time of verification itself you should rejected the order why you have not done that.
So now i want my money back or i need alternate product for the amount 12000 rupees.
