I have purchased LUXURY HOLIDAY STAY by paying Rs7498/-. I have submitted the form on 15Dec2010 with 3 destination choices with 3 dates as per the terms and extra Rs750 as DD for processing (booking the hotel). They have not processed yet as on 16Mar2011. The 3 dates given as choice has already gone and they didn’t book the holiday stay for me.
I have contacted to their tel.nos. 01204112424, 01206182100, 080-40554870, 080-40554850, ********97 and complaint. There was no use, only waste of call charges for me. If we are calling one tel. no., after hearing every thing they ask us to call other no. or other email ID’s. Each time we will have to repeat in full. Only 1 time they gave a complain no. 742962. I have sent many emails also.
My IndiaToday(Bagittoday) order no. 0GA100018217 (WEB no. ********, Invoice no. ORA100019048). They are having too many names like Living Media India Limited, India Today Book Club, BagItToday, Premier Sales Promotion Pvt.Ltd., BigCity Promotion.
I have sent many mails to response@indiatodaybookclub.com , response@bagittoday.com , customercare@bagittoday.com , anusha@bigcity.in , feedback@bigcity.in but there was no response (reply) email. Lot of time got wasted.
