hi, I have complain in regards to order#33649484 in which I was assured couple of items and was given wrong assurance product was booked on 18th Feb and still waiting for it.Tried calling them on mentioned number but they keep on giving the assurance that they are not able to full fill.

I have complain in regards to order#33649484 which was purchased on 15 feb 2014 in which I was assured couple of items and was given wrong assurance product was booked on 18th Feb and still waiting for it.Tried calling them on mentioned number but they keep on giving the assurance that they are not able to full fill.
Till date, whenever I contact them, they ask for 5-6 more working days to dispatch the order and are pathetic in their responses.
The Customer executives, copy and paste the same content as a reply and I have around 20 e-mails of communication and they are unrelenting ans utter shameless.
I've been left high and dry with this company and seriously warn anyone even trying to go near them.
A cheat company masquerading as a big shot..
They have complete disregard for the customer and are don't answer in an open manner.
Every e-mail they've sent is almost 80% copy-paste *** and bull story.
I hope they get penalized heavily for cheating customers this way.
Tried all the possible way of contact still no go.
