I want to say that i am a consumer of Indane Gas from Delhi. AS I am suffering from bad services from my distributor \"S&P Enterprises(Indane LPG Distributor)\" situated in 8,ARAVLI SHOPPING CENTER, ALAKNANADA, New DELHI 110019.
From Last month I am trying to book my gas cylinder from P i usually do.
But there is no response from their side. There is npbody to attend my call.
Please look into the matter as i am sick of this service.

i facing problem to get the gas from indian agency pratap nagar ,
they commit to give gas in 35 days but they don't give it to cunsumer before 45 days .they creating problems for them.
please take it into consideration an d do some fast action.

Last 6 months the service of this agency become very irregular. the main problem is the telephone connection of this agency are always busy or no answer. so every time i can not go to the agency personally to book the cylinder. The telephone is the only easiest way to book the cylinder. On 07.01.2011 i went to the agency personally and booked the cylinder. But the response is zero. what should i do? please suggest me.sir, we have made a booking on 07'jan2011 for reffiling the cylinder, booking no is 802 and my consumer no is RT-2644. but till date we have not recieved the delivery of filled cylinder. so pls take neccesary action against this and kindly deliver the cylinder as soon as possible.I request you to please look into the issue.

I am a customer of RAM RAJA GAS SERVICE, JHANSI UP. I having consumer no RT -2644, have booked for gas cylinder on 07’jan 2011 vide docket no 802, over phone. But, till date, I have not received any cylinder. Today, I tried to make contact over phone, but no body response on the other side. My 2nd cylinder is also to be exhausted at any day. Sir I have a gas connection with mata sheetla gas agency gurgaon.
They always problem with booking and delivering the gas.
i am tiered with their service so at last here i am complaining.
When i call them for booking they never pick the phone.so every body needs to go
there for booking. I booked gas on dated 17 Jan 2011 and i was told that i will get
gas with in one week but till now i didn't get the gas.When i call them they do not
pick the phone.i have already gone 2 times there and every time they say that you
will get today but till now i did not get.

Aftr booking the request, after 21 days of delivary of previous gas cylinder, i am unable to get my cylinder on time they said duration will take 7-8 day . within this time previous gas cylinder became empty.but the opraters and ioc customer servicers are not responding properly and cut the phone . what to do? my consumer id is 23844.

call lagane per hamesha busy jata hai.
call lagta hai to full ring ho kar call cut jata hai.
I am not getting my cylinder on time since last 6 months. The services of yadu gas at sahibabad are not setisfactory & the manager & other staff is very rude. So I think, this agency must be immediately cancelled.

I am LPG indane gas customer with Lakhvir enterprises SCF NO 19 GTB market Khanna Punjab and my consumer no.17099. I went to gas agency to enquiry about gas booking then agency`s man/ women said me that your gas booking after one month but I have booked for refile on 30oct.2010 and they replied that they will distribute with in a week but after two weeks when I made a call to them they replied it will deliver with in one or two days again due to gas problem in companybut till date, no gas deliver to me. Pl. sir/ madam suggest me about howmany days gas booked and after booking gas howmany days delivered me.

I am one of the BSNL emplyoee .I am booking gas regulerly in time but there not delivring in time they are taking 20 to 25 days for example if i booked on the 22 Jan 2011 then they will deliver on 14 or 15 th of FEB 2011 and also delivery demand for more money
