I want to say that i am a consumer of Indane Gas from Delhi. AS I am suffering from bad services from my distributor \"S&P Enterprises(Indane LPG Distributor)\" situated in 8,ARAVLI SHOPPING CENTER, ALAKNANADA, New DELHI 110019.
From Last month I am trying to book my gas cylinder from P i usually do.
But there is no response from their side. There is npbody to attend my call.
Please look into the matter as i am sick of this service.

I booked my gas on 24.04.12 by booking No. 219490 & cash Memo No. 11333 dt 26.04.12 but it is regretted that my supply is still awaited.
After that i contact to SO of IOC Sri Dixit many time but there is no response from their side. There is npbody to attend my call.
Please look into the matter as i am sick of this service.

I booked my gas for refiling on dated 9/4/2011at 3.10 Pm and i got booking number 50351762246 against this booking.
In this connection, i got a message on dated 15/4/2011 that my cylinder has delivered with cash memo no. 5225 . But sorry to say that I could not get the same till date. Kindly inquire the same and oblige me.

I too getting problem from indane gas, from last 2 months i am not getting LPG cylinder for home use. i booked them 3 times. now i tried to book it say you cant book cylinder till 10 April. that means somebody uses cylinder on my name. means somebody has sold my cylinder to somebody else.
but after writing here, what is the next step?
I booked my cylender on 23 feb 2011. my consumer no is 25038 and company name is Shai seva Vashant kunj. But I have not recived my cylender yet. According the gas booking ********11 I recived my cylender on 9 march.
What can i do?

I have a Two Gas Connection in favour of Two Brother( Two Family).I booked for a domestic gas cyllender on Nov,Dec,Jan. they give me the date to collect gas cyllender after 5-6 days but they did not it due to saying gas is not available However, i went again on 15.1.10 again they refuse me due to gas shortage. I sold a gas cyllender in Black from this agency. Now I complaint to Mr. Aryal Sharma (Field Officer-********20) But he also did not give me a positive response. Abhil Gas Propritor told me they will make my TTV & they will not deliver my gas at any cost. Kindly do necessary action in favour of me and solve my Gas refill problem permanently. I am tottally frustrated from the misbhaviour of the distributor.

S&P Enterprises's gas delivery service is pathetic. They are the most unprofessional you can think of. Sometimes I need to wait 1 month after booking, to receive the delivery. Other times I will get SMS that the cylinder has been delivered but thats not true. I complained many times to both Indane Gas Customer Care Department and S&P Enterprises, but no avail. Nobody is listening our problems and no action is being taken. Please help.
