Sir,
this is to inform you, that i raju jain have visited one of the LPG Dealer "Bhagirathi Gas Service" ghoshpara bally durgapur.
I visited for a new connection with all the formalities, address proof and id proof, and asked about the connection they inform me 1 month delivery of NEW connection and had given me the New connection Registration No.111403********8 on 4th may'10.
After 1 month when i had not received the connection i had visited the dealer to ask the reason for the same,they inform me that since thet had no "GAS Regulator" in stock with them that is why they are unable to provide the new connection.
Months passed by i had visited several times again and again but they are giving the same response again & again (Non availability of Gas Regulator)
I had a question to ask, Can any GAS dealer can run his business without the requisite spare parts for such a long period?
I am damm sure that there are others customers also who had also been delayed for these reason.
Guide me where i can proceed against this ill behaviour,customer mishandling........
