I have received a call in the month of April 2012 from BAGIT today executives informing me that I was selected as one of the TOP 5 people in india as part of BAGIT TODAY CASH CONTEST ( NOT SWEEPSTAKES) and that I will be a am sure winner where the price money are as listed,
1st prize - 20lakhs,
2nd prize – 15lakhs,
3rd prize – 10lakhs,
4th prize – 5lakhs,
5th prize – 3.5lakhs,
and I was assured that as I am one among the TOP 5 from across india I have a chance to win atleast 3.5 lakhs and also I will get Products and Diamond packets for each of my purchaces.
They also informed me at that time that the draw will happen on 31st MAY 2012 for the CASH CONTEST and the winners will be announced however they called me in the month of JUNE and informed me that the CASH CONTEST is postponed as one of the CONTESTENT among the 5 has filed a case against BAGIT TODAY and the COURT has stayed on declaring the contest winners, so they told me that the declaration of results will get delayed and I do not have to worry because I am doing very good and I am the top person to win 20 lakhs as I was the TOP spender on BAGIT TODAY
With every order they have placed using IVR transaction I have received some products ( like TV, mobile phones, home theraters, hcl tablets etc.) and packets of diamonds, all these products however are very old ( 2-3 years old ) and which are outdated and has zero value in the market ( None of my friends and relatives are will to take them ) when I complained that the products are old your executive informed that I can get replacement for the products when BAGIT TODAY Executive will approach you for RESALE of DIAMONDS ( I have so many products which are in multiple quantities, like 3 panasonic home theaters, 2 max mobile phones, 2 HTC mobile phones, 3 cook tops, 3 electric chimneys, 2 AIPTEX pocket cinema projectors, 3 HCL tablets, 2 samsung 12MP cameras, 2 VOX fans, 2 sympony coolers, 2 VIP trolley bags, ………………… 30 packs of 30cent Diamonds ………….so on and so forth including watches, clothes etc.)
The amount of diamonds I have now is approximately 8-9 carats (30 packs of 30 cent diamonds )and for the same I was told that I will receive a DIAMOND RESALE CERTIFICATE and an executive will contact me personally and take me to a diamond merchant and help me in liquidating the diamonds, however till today I have not received any DIAMOND RESALE CERTIFICATE
I was also told that I will be given a PLATINUM membership and using which I can order items that will be offered to me where I only have to pay the shipping charges
They also offered me that whatever amount I spend will be converted into EMI with 0% interest and that way I will not have burden to pay the total amount at a time, however they did not convert the amount and my credit cards are now blocked for none payment of 6 lakhs and I am paying 3.5% interest on the outstanding amount of 6 lakhs every month
Your executives never used to disclose what products I will be getting as part of the order, they used to tell me I would only know what products I will get after I make the payment.
They used to tell me if you resale the diamonds then you get back your money in that way the products whatever you are receiving are free
Besides after placing every order they clearly used to inform me that I should not reveal about the CASH CONTEST to the verification department as they are not aware of the contest and if you do so your order will not go through and you will be OUT OF THE CASH CONTEST

When will my amount of 6 lakhs on my creditcards will be converted into EMI?
Why there is never a confirmation mail for each order i have placed informing about the products i will receive?

When will your BAGIT TODAY executive will approach me and help me in liquidating the diamonds with the diamond merchant after I receive the DIAMOND RESALE CERTIFICATE?
