We had purchased 7kG model in September 2012 from Bundelkhand electronics at ORAI,(distt: Jalaun,) UP. In July 2013, the timer card was not working. The complaint was lodged at local authorised service center at ORAI, UP. The service engineer came and removed the card on 3rd August, 2013 and told us that they will send the card to company for repair. On 11th August, when it was enquired at local service center, the person at the service center told us that the timer card has been sent for repair but could not tell the exact status of repair. So, on 11th August, the complaint was again lodged at customer care no. on phone. Now after 14 days of lodging complaint no one has called and also customer care is not able to give the status of the repair.
The complaint has also been lodged on email also but no reply has come yet.
The senior management should immediately check for the details and inform us.

After more than one and a half month and after pressurizing the dealer, it was offered by whirlpool that they will replace the old washing machine with new one on payment of Rs. 1000/- After making payment of Rs. 1000/- through DD, now we are waiting for the new machine to be delivered.
Still waiting for the machine to be rectified. Company is not at all bothered and do not feel the responsibility towards customer convenience.
Till today, Whirlpool india has not able to rectify my problem. Customer care people are not able to give the status of the repair. They provided few numbers but these people are also not able provide any information about the status of repair.
Till today the problem has not been solved. The problem is very simple and the machine is less than a year old and still it is taking so much time to repair. The consumers should be careful before making decision to purchase Whirlpool products. Customer care is useless and not capable to answer about the status of the repair and any time schedule.
Highly careless & insensitive company. Nobody has contacted back in last four days.
The problem remain unresolved even after so many days of lodging complaint. There were few calls from outsourced call center. They all are collecting information without giving any input about the status of the repair. The local service center where we delivered "damaged card is unable to give status. The call center is also helpless. It looks like the company is managed by some very ill managed person and system. It is a pain to deal with such company which do not have any concern of consumer and do not have any system for after sales repair and service. Only solution to me looks like going to Consumer court and going to Gurgaon head office and asking its owner about his commitment towards the consumer of his products
Even after two days of assurance from Whirlpool, I have not been informed about the status of the repair. No one has contacted us on phone as well as replied to my email complaint on their helpdesk email id: helpdeskindia@whirlpool.com. Whirlpool seems to be highly mismanaged and not concerned for the consumer's interest and inconvenience

Companies like whirlpool do not worry about customer. They can spend millions on advertisement and Celebrities endorsement but no worry about their actual advertisers i.e, customers. MBA graduates heading these departments misguide the company into wasting money and filling their pockets.
