i complained before 14.04.09 for repairing my whirlpool washing machine under warranty. But a person visited and told that the pump motor to be replaced and went back.But no reply after received. i talked customer care 20 times and reminder given atleast 10 times.(can be checked up with cc). they only responded that the part is not availble.No person from service dept of hyderabad responded. I directly talk to mr sukumar, mr anil ,mr murthy (from service dept hyderabad) but even after assurance nothing has been done. Now i regret to my decision of buying a product from whirlpool.. it is very shameful that in a city like hyderabad they are not able to repair their products.
