This is Gautam kumar from Ranchi, Jharkand. Submitted my Videocon mobile set model no: V503418 ( IMEI no:-********032189 ) to AMC Services Ranchi, they are the authorized service centers for Videocon mobiles phones Ranchi, on dated 8th September 2017 as the mobile set was not getting on .
AMC services took it and told me to call in the evening. I called and got no response from them. Again next day visited the centre, been said that it was dead and we have sent it to Delhi for replacement as the set was in warranty.

Since that day I went end no of times almost every alternate day to AMC Services to enquire about my mobile, but they say only one work i.e, it has not yet came from Delhi.

Now I am fully frustrated of the behavior of the employees and the Company's negligence, I have decided to file a consumer complain of Embarrassment and Harassment against AMC services as well as Videocon Mobile Company.

I am drafting this complain and compying one copy to consumer forum for filing a complaint.

I am really feeling pathetic and scolding myself that why I bought Videocon.
The Company is useless and its products are Garbage. will never recommend ayone to purchase any items of Videocon.
