me & my father purchased on 4th november 2010, 2 mobiles of your of models no.v1675 & v1425 of Imei no:********0005678 and ********30008 respectively. my mob got auto switch off by itself and service person told it has board problem.now it is not working.in my father's mobile alarm ,volume are not working.even it gets hanged and switch off also.Iam a customer who has faith on your products since 20 yrs as we use washing machines etc.... iam also running a mobile shop.if this a condition for me,then what will be for public.my sister & uncle are practicing law in Tirupur as they want to record this complaint first ,hence iam sending this to u.please do the needful immediately.i also need a handset replacement for v1675 sir. expecting your reply soon through mobile or verbal... by AR.MUTHU MEENAKSHI B.AB.L., & AL.KALAIYAPPAN B.A.B.L., TIRUPUR.
