Touch-screen of my Videocon mobile phone model V 1654 behaved erratically within the warranty period. Deposited the phone with Videocon authorised service center at Bhubaneswar on 2-5-2011. Was promised repair/replacement within 7 days. Contacted the ASC today on 11-5-2011, after 9 days. Their strange reply was "Parts not available. Don't know when you will get back your set." I had an idea that Videocon's response to customer problems is prompt. In the present situation, I think I may have to change my opinion on Videocon and seek legal redressal which I don't want to.
