I have bougth 1 videocon mobile model no. VC1424 3 months ago for the purpose of CDMA+GSM. As my CDMA mobile was not working properly so i purchased this 1 for 4600/- But after one month it got some problem showing error " Bad Contact Charger" for which i submitted it in Videocon service centre in Shimla(Eline computers hans kutir Khalini Shimla). The service of videocon is so much poor that i recieve my handset after 25 days repaired..but as there was no charging in mobile i was not able to check the handset that it is working. When i switched on it.. the CDMA function was not working..i called customer care..they suggested me to go to service centre..And i again visited service centre and Deposited my Handset on April 9 2011, at 3:15 PM in the same service centre in shimla. And also logged a complaint at customercare got call ID - EL1-VG-11-0075756-DW. and till date after 1 month and 1 day i have not got my handset repaired...Due to this My number remained switched off for 2 continuous days..and due to that i suffered a lot of loss in my work........
....I want fair justice ...Do keep your handset...give me my money back....as i have only used...just one month this set and rest of time it remained in Service centre...........not repairing,......not replacing........
..................Now i don't want this ridiculous handset...do refund my money....so that i can purchase another good Company's handset for my cdma connection....
Mentally harashment and loss of opputunities.

I have also purchase V1655 mobile through Home shop 18 , but after 4 month the charger is not working , the complain was given to servicing center on Oct 2011 at Guwahati, but still now i have not recd the cable, now mobile is sleeping for last 3 month & my money got total waste. I was totally fed up with the service of Guwahati customer care, in future i will suggest all my relative , friends neighbor hood not to purchase your company mobile.
