dear sir,
i have buyed the cell videocon v1540 on 16/06/2011. yet it is in warrenty period ,the following trouble i have facing
1) my cell gets switched off after just recieve any call.
2) it is gets switched off after doing the call.
3) i have shown it to the customer care centre at tulsi mobile ,khandelwal complex,camp,amravati-maharashtra.five times

Complainant's Goal: i wish to replace my same mobile
