Very supportive staff-- I had previously used a matrix international sim for London and for my next visit I wanted to use the same number for convenience reasons. Anil was the guy that I requested for this and although he didn't make any promise, he actually did get me the previous number I had requested for. I mean he could have easily said no, but he walked a little extra to do me this favour. Thank you so much team matrix!
