I was traveling to Chicago from office and I was told that my phone will b taken care. My assistant got me a matrix simcard and a phone to work with that. Am glad I was carry a number before even I got there cos it made things very easy for me to coordinate. Their services have been very good.. I guess I was on a special plan or something that gave me free minutes of local and India calling which was really helpful. It is always a good option to carry a number before flying out. Atleast I was sure I didn't have to run around or request ppl to get me a sim for the time I was there
