The only time that I had issues with my billing with matrix sims was when I was in the US. They had charged my card twice for the same amount of 14389/- so wen I called their customer centre and asked for an explanation, without any explanations they accepted it happened and informed me that the money would reflect in 2-3 working days. They infact followed up with a call as well.. Appreciate this handlingÂ
