My name is Jitendra and I am an Idea customer since last 3 years, my cell number is ********74. In the month of October 2013, I added a new phone number ********74 in my name for my brother. My brother lost the phone with the number, my brother didnt informed me about it as he was afraid. I came to know that the bill is due for that number when I started receiving calls from Idea. Anyways, an Idea rep called Rekha called me twice from the phone number ********00 and ********28 and she said she is from Idea Retention department. She asked me to make the payment, I told her the situation that phone was lost and wasnt used that much and she said ok, please make the payment of Rs 1821 against the total of Rs 2438 and she will settle it down and will also cancel the number. In other words, she told me that would be my final payment and number (********74) would be closed with no dues and she will send the confirmation email as well that number is canceled and there is 0.00 balance. As per the deal offered I made the payment of 1821 last week however, the number is still showing as active and due balance on it. When I called the numbers ********00 and ********28, the girl Rekha again offered me that yes she will take care of it but still not done and now she has stopped picking up my call. I keep getting harassing calls from Idea to make payment else they will disconnect my main number ********74. This experience is very very disappointing and far below the standard of Idea as a service provider. Please look into this matter and help me resolve the issue else I will be forced to disconnect the services altogether.
