i am pardeep khasa. i bought a idea new no.********48.i want to activate my internet then i call in customer care for that. there was a person i don't know what ever that name is? he told me sir "aap apne no. par 198 ka recharge karwa lijiye then apka net activate ho jayega." then i rech. my a/c with 198 rs. then my internet was working properly. but after some time i check my a/c then i am shocked ther was only 1 rs. before that my balance was 61 rs. my 60 rs.had dep. from my a/c.
then i call in customer care again there was another person she told me "sir plz hold while i transfer your call to one of our senior executive & she disconnect my call.then i call again but there was a automatic prompt which was redirect me to email on your email id.
sir this is the way to talk with a customer. now you tell me sir what i do in this kind of situation.
IT Will harmful U in Future...Not warning but kind Request Which give Ur employee Excuse me.
