i want to inform u that i am using idea connection for more than 6 Months . In last 6 months few services(VAS) are activated on my mobile phone ********85 automatically, which even I'm not aware of and there they deduct Five rupees per day when my account balance was about Rs 60. Then I deactivated the services every time and they confirmed the same for next 3 consecutive days.
Due to this i suffered very heavy losses due to lack of communication.
When i call to customer care , executive told me that this service was activated by me, but in really it is not like that. I was totally unaware about it.executive put me on too long hold to irritate. finally he disconnect the call. I do call again,.and same thing repeated by second executive. So please take a action again this .Idea Cellular Ltd company use to deduct money from people' s account . and when asked about it ,they directly blame customer for it, stating that these are activated by ourselves, knowingly. these companies sends IVR calls to customer. some of customer are aware about it while other don't.
Please take appropriate actions against the company, and help me to resolve my problem. In the process, I had to suffer monetary and personal losses. Every time i make a recharge my balance reaches zero very soon due to activation of VAS services which I have not requested for.
Kindly help and take this matter seriously. This problem must be faced not only by one but by many.

Idea is one of the big cheats in India. They launch services but cant manage them and then blame customers for that. I am having a very similar experience. I bought a Net Setter and provide all required documents. It worked fine for day or two and then its not connecting any more. When asked the idea shop, they are saying that the documents got rejected. What was that? I have provided documents as per their will and now it got dissconnected. Even they dont have a bit of ettiquette to inform the customer about that. They are interested in making customers but cant retain the existing ones. No body ever can convince me to go to Idea any more. This will keep happening until Idea changes its notion from a cheat to a real loyal company. I have wasted my money on such company and will tell everybody about that.

I support this complaint. I had same problem with idea mobile.I have 3 mobiles of idea one for my wife and one for my daughter. All these three had vas activated not one not two but four times in spite of repeated requests of keeping a standing instruction of not activating any vas services on these numbers. customer care deliberately puts me on hold as it is a charged call 50 paisa/3min and keeps on telling me that this service was activated by user only.
even if they deactivate the service they earn atleast 15 rs per number and more so by charging calls to the customer care.
IDEA mobile are cheaters and equivalent to a thief as it is plain robbery.
