Hello Sir,

I got my duplicate Sim from Krishna Communication Gurgaon and the guy there told me that SIM would be activated within 4 hours but It has been 48 hours and no clue. I cannot go back to them as it is 18 Kms from my place. Please assist.Customer care is saying to go again to Krishna Communication. I am really not free on any week-days and I have my office. I went there after taking a leave , I paid 75 rupees for duplicate Sim and they still created issues in activating the Sim. I have already given ID prrof and FIR copy as well.Mobile number for that SIM is ********89. my alternate number is ********10 where I can be contacted for any further information.
