Trustworthy customer services --- I was travelling to Monte Carlo for a vacation and was looking to carry an international number before i was flying out. Came across Matrix Sim Cards online and decided to give it a shot. Went for their Global Sim. Personally, after using Matrix Sim there, i ofund their services to be pretty decent. Only once i had to contact the customer service as my sim wasnt registering the data pack. They were kind enough to help me with the process of setting it up on my phone and then it was working perfectly fine. What i really liked was that i didnt have to go through the hassle of proving that the data wasnt working , they just extended me the solution politely. Matrix Sims are easy to travel with.
