Thanks Team Matrix for your extended services in Switzerland… My son was using the international sim from matrix in Switzerland and we all were really happy with it. Bills were in Indian currency and never crossed more than 5K a month. And connecting with him wasn’t a problem at all. The only time that we faced an issue was when he used his swizz number once in London where the bill charged on international roaming was more than for that call. So we checked with the our relationship manager here in Delhi and got it rectified within a few days and the amount was refunded for us. My son sure did have an option of buying a local sim there, but we preferred matrix sims for one reason only that if anything were to go wrong, we’d have someone here to get it resolved with.
