Hi,

This is Kunal Doshi, i bought a netbook from hypercity on 24th oct 2010 and availed an offer of buying a TATA Photon @ 750rs.
I have submited all required doccuments on time and been told that within 48 hours it should get activated.

It's not activated till date, on calling their customer represantative dharmendra yadav said we were running short of people or its not updated in the system and other reasons of not acticating the device.

I am going to file a case against Hyper city in consumers court if its not resolved within 48 another hours.
