TO HYPERCITY

I am apphauled with the service being provided by your company and fedup of being bounced around from one sales associate to another, having to explain my situation everytime.

The situation is like this: I purchased a IFB washing maching from your malad outlet last week. two days after the purchase the machine was delivered saying that there would be a company person who would install the same and do a demo. Well the company person came and installed the machine and left when we tried to use it the machine vibrated furiously and we were forced to shut it off. I called the trechnican back to ask him to check it. He then informed me that there is something wrong with the circuit board and it needs to be changed. This was two days ago.

I have been following up with your company to ensure we get this machine replaced as this is faulty. Its a brand new machine which has not been used once which means that it is a factory defect. The IFB technicans refuse to replace it saying that I need to speak to Hypercity and Hypercity has not been able to do anything yet.

ALL I NEED TO UNDERSTAND IS THAT WHEN IS THIS MACHINE GOING TO BE REPLACED AND IF YOU CANNOT REPLACE THE SAME PLEASE HAVE SOMEONE COME AND TAKE IT BACK WITH A FULL REFUND.

The reason we buy from a brnad like hypercity is to ensure we receive good customer service and done have to face such frustrating issues, hence this sort of service is apphauling. I need someone to call me back ASAP with a time for replacement.
