Disconnection even after paying the bill
My company has a telephone with Tata broadband connection. The bill for this month was for 2368/- and the due date was 08/07/2009. The bill has been paid by cash in their collection center in Ameerpet on 08/07/2009 at 9.58 vide receipt number 10077464.
They have disconnected my broad band connection from 13th and till today (16th July) we have registered a complaint 10246226 with their 121 and ******** customer care and spoken to a number of agents from swetha, abudul, caroline, rama and abdul again and two supervisor named Pradeep and ambika and they have not done anything other saying \" we understand your problem and we will do the needful ASAP. our company has suffered losses because no internet. we would like to go the court for compensation of my losses.
