I have taken a Tata indicom usb type connection and pay a bill of Rs 1300-1400 per month and and since 2-3 months tata had reduced the same for a price of 799 but i keep getting bills for over 1300 rs after calling and inquiring with the customer care they tell me that i have have to ask them to change to the schem of rs 799 i fell cheated by tata as how can some one use the a scheme and pay rs 799 and some pay 1300-1400 i want justice for this and how do i go to court for this fraud of tata
