One day your Ludhiana office madam Manisha called our no. and says if you are purchase three connection then your bill amount is half in current billed amount with commitment of 2100/Rs.minimum and then Mr. Rishi Sood Mobile No.********08.coming our office fulfilled the all formality and giving us three no.92161-30690, 92162, 30690, 92163-30690.and says next billing cycle your tariff is changed. After 7 days one bill raised above said no 598/Rs. And generated other account. But till time our tariff is not changed by company.Todays I called to rishi sood our tariff is not changed he says it is not possible after some time says your letter is missing by the company.
So I requested to you please change the tariff immediate and our current bill maintain with Nano plan if any losses that are the wear by the company because our fault is zero percent we are giving the security wise cheque Rs 828/ Cheque no.687650 dated 02-06-2009. That is the credit in your account. On dated 02-06-2009.
We are not use your sim it is in packed in pack card as it is.
Please refund our security 828/Rs. And sim card cost 100/ per sim.Its total amount 1128/=
