activation gets delayed by more than 2 weeks for the CONNECTION. NEVER BY THE MODEM BEFORE THEY ACTIVATE YOUR SIM, ONCE YOU BY YOUR ARE LOCKED BY TATA. NO ONE TAKES A RESPONSIBILTY TO SOLVE YOUR PROBLEM. EVERY ONE TRYS A LOT BUT NOTHING IS BEING DONE. CUSTOMER CARE WILL LISTEN ALL THE THINGS BUT WILL ASK YOU TO GO TO THE SHOWROOM. SHOW ROOM PERSONS WILL TALK NICELY BUT DO NOTHING AFTER ALL THEY ARE HUMAN BEINGS. IT IS ONLY BECAUSE OF THE MANAGEMENT ATTITUDE. NOT EVEN THE REASON FOR CANCELLATION WILL BE KNOWN TO THEM.
Complainant's Goal: still conectivity is not activated want to surrender the modem get the refund.
