TATA Indicom - I am not statisfied with the kind of service provided by Tata Indicomm modem

Dear Sir

I have a TATA Indicom connection number ********63 under the tariff plan V- DATA ME JUMBO 650 . I have been facing problem ever since I took the connection . The speed of the connection is very slow , irregularities in billing . I have complaints several times to the concerned people but they have never come back with a solution .
Even after paying Rs. 1510 in the month of 10/01/09 and Rs. 1507 on 03/04/09 receipt number 9450838 at the time of taking the connection, I had taken the Rs 650/- rental plan , however I am going on paying above Rs. 1200/- every month.
Please help me.
