SONY India - T.V NOT GETTING POWER UP AFTER USB CONNECTION

i HAVE PURCHASED A NEW SONY BRAVIA T.V FROM THE DEALER M/S UMANG IN DIBRUGARH.THE T.V WAS RUNNING PROPERLY FOR 3 DAYS. BUT YESTERDAY I INSERTED A PENDRIVE INTO THE EXTENSION CORD AS PROVIDED BY SONY SERVICE CENTRE FOR THE USB CONNECTION. BUT AS SOON AS I INSERTED THE PENDRIVE THE T.V WAS AUTOMATICALLY OFF. I RECONNECTED THE POWER CORD IN THE SOCKET ,BUT STILL THE T.V IS NOT GETTING ON. THE SMA ETYPE OF INCIDENT HAPPENED TO ONE OF MY NEIGHBOUR AFTER THE USB CONNECTION 3 DAYS BACK.

THE MODEL NO OF MY T.V IS KVL 40R482B.

THE T.V IS COSTING AROUND 56000 AND BRAND NAME SONY. IF THIS TYPE OF INCIDENTS HAPPENS THEN IT WILL CREATE A PROBLEM FOR US TO BUY SONY T.VS AGAIN. HENCE IT IS REQUESTED TO IMMEDIATELY REPLACE THE T.V AND PROVIDE A NEW ONE OR ELSE GIVE US AN EXTENDED WARRANTY OF 5 YEARS AS IT SEEMS THIS IS A MANUFACTURING DEFECT.
